This photo was taken in 1961/62 at Checkpoint Charlie, three members of the People's Police show in their winter uniform. The policeman in the back of the picture is a team rank or subordinates. The two other men in the foreground are officers. It is remarkable for the officer in the middle, that he had a leather jacket with the service, probably a privately procured piece. The other two carry the mantle high neck.
