This photo shows a young people's police in his official uniform in winter 1961, probably used as a security guard, he provided his service in Berlin at the sector border. He carries the two-piece, padded combination and including the service uniform from carded. Immediately striking is his binoculars with carrying case. It looks to me very ziviel.
